Ramen Jin

This is tonkotsu shoyu. And fried chicken Chinese style.

Taste  is fine. Salty. The egg is best what I ate in USA. 

Uhmmm...The temperature was high. It was not hot hot.

I think I will try Nomal tonkotsu next time.

味付けは、日本人向けではなかったが、アメリカで食べれるラーメンと考えれば、おいしかったです。めんたいこご飯ってあったけど、次挑戦してみます♪

水のグラスが焼酎グラスっぽく欲しかったです＾＾

から揚げは、おいしかった！
